6.2 Save in respect of Asset TV's liability under clause [6.1], which
shall not be limited, Asset TV shall not be liable for any actions,
proceedings, demands, losses, costs, claims, damages or expenses:

(e) arising out of any damage to software, damage to or loss of data,
business interruption, loss of and/or inaccuracy of information, loss of
sales, loss of turnover, loss of profit (whether direct and indirect
loss of profits), anticipated profits, revenues, anticipated savings,
goodwill or business opportunity, or for any indirect or consequential
loss or damage; and/or

(f) Unless written notice of User's claim in respect of the same is
received by Asset TV within seven Business Days of the time of the
events giving rise to the claim coming to the notice of Customer.
Asset TV shall in any event be discharged from all liability unless
proceedings are brought within twelve Months of the date on which this
Agreement terminates.

This Web Site may have links to web sites operated by third parties.
Asset TV provides third party links as a convenience, and Users
accessing any Internet web site linked to this Web Site do so at their
own risk.

Because linked sites are not under Asset TV's control, we are not
liable for the accuracy or reliability of any information, data,

of companies whose interviews are broadcast on the channel and where a
user downloads transcripts and documents associated with the interviews.

12. Registration

To gain entry to any of our websites/online services, a user must first complete a
registration form or be offered a pre-registration. During registration,
a user is required to give their contact information (such as name and
email address).

Asset TV is the owner of the information collected on this site and will
not sell, share, or rent this information to third parties in ways other
than those disclosed in this policy. Asset TV collects information from
our users at several different points on our website.

13. Email alerts

Every registrant will automatically qualify to receive email alerts
highlighting new content on the channel and other related services. All
of these email lists provide opt out facilities online.
