Louisiana joined EQ Investors (EQ) in October 2018 after completing a masters in sustainable business at Imperial College London. She is now responsible for innovating EQ’s approach to sustainable investing. Louisiana oversees EQ’s ESG and impact integration strategy across all assets, EQ’s stewardship efforts and sustainability data reporting. Previously, Louisiana graduated from UCL with a BSc in Geography and spent a year working for a Cleantech innovation research company before starting her masters. She now also holds the CFA IMC and CFA ESG Investing qualification. Outside of her career, Louisiana loves travelling and discovering new places, cooking with friends and spending time outdoors.
Oscar Warwick Thompson
Head of Policy and Regulatory Affairs at UKSIF
Oscar Warwick Thompson is Head of Policy and Regulatory Affairs at UKSIF, leading the organisation’s work on public policy and regulation in the UK. On behalf of UKSIF and our members, Oscar looks to encourage a more positive, enabling environment for the growth of sustainable finance in the UK and regularly advises members on upcoming regulations. He has responsibility for UKSIF’s engagement with financial regulators and civil servants, and has been a deputy representative to a number of advisory taskforces to government, providing perspectives on the delivery of various sustainable finance initiatives. This includes: Treasury’s Green Technical Advisory Group (GTAG), the FCA’s Disclosures and Labels Advisory Group (DLAG), and the Vote Reporting Group (VRG). Oscar has a background in the investment industry and financial services, having worked in the government affairs team at the Investment Association (IA) and at an independent public affairs consultancy.

As Senior Partner and Global Head of ESG, Climate and Sustainability at Mercer, a leading global consulting firm, Cara plays a pivotal role in shaping and driving Mercer's ESG, climate and sustainability value proposition and positioning. With over 27 years of experience in the investment and consulting industry, Cara brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. She joined Mercer's investment consulting business in April 2005 as Global COO, where she demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic acumen. Cara began her career in finance as a financial advisor with Merrill Lynch in New York. Prior to working in the investment industry, she was responsible for budgets and logistics for US Army and NATO MWR deployments. Cara's passion for sustainability and her commitment to driving positive change are evident in her work. She collaborates closely with organizations, both public and private, as well as asset owners of all types, to help them establish their ESG and sustainability goals. In addition to her professional achievements, Cara is a dedicated mentor and advocate for women and people of color in their careers. She actively supports and promotes diversity and inclusion initiatives, both within Mercer and in external programs. Cara holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and an MBA in Finance from The University of Hartford.

Emma Wall
Head of Platform Investments at Hargreaves Lansdown
Emma was promoted to Head of Platform Investments in 2024, having previously filled the role of Head of Investment Analysis and Research. Emma is responsible for developing and implementing the investment processes for Hargreaves Lansdown Asset Management solutions. Her team provides strategic asset allocation, and analysis on equities, funds, ETFs and investment trusts, for HL platform, workplace and advised clients. Emma also leads the Senior Research Team, which reviews investment selections against parameters designed to flag potential risks to clients. She reports to the Distribution Investment Oversight Committee. Emma joined HL in April 2019 from Morningstar where she provided investment news, views and analysis to investors across the UK, Australia, Canada and India. Prior to joining Morningstar in July 2013 Emma spent six years as a financial journalist at the Daily and Sunday Telegraph.
Katrina Brown
Head of Responsible Investment at Evelyn Partners
On graduating from the University of Oxford in 1994, Katrina began her career at Morgan Grenfell Asset Management (later Deutsche Asset Management) where she ultimately became a Director of Global Equities. For the next twenty years, Katrina worked for financial and sustainability consultancies, allowing her to develop a specialism in responsible investment and, more recently, climate change. Katrina Brown joined Evelyn Partners in 2023 is now head of responsible investment. She facilitates the integration of ESG factors across the investment process and directs our active stewardship programme. She leads her team in delivering relevant central reporting as well as thought leadership content and she spearheads our external approach to responsible investment.
Paris Jordan, CFA

Paris previously worked at Waverton Investment Management where she led the third-party fund research and model management across discretionary and advisory clients. Paris is a member of the FCA’s Advisers Sustainability Group, an Advisory Group member for the Impact Investing Institute and was awarded Best Sustainable Investment Wealth Manager at the Sustainable Investment Awards 2023. She has a BA Hons degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics, a Sustainable Finance Leadership Certificate from Oxford University, is a CFA Charterholder and holds the CFA ESG Certificate.
Nicolò Bragazza, CFA, CAIA
Associate Portfolio Manager at Morningstar Wealth
Nicolò Bragazza joined Morningstar Wealth's investment management team in 2018. He is an Associate Portfolio Manager in the Multi-Asset Investment Team in the UK, where he is involved in the management of MPS Passive, MPS ESG and the Multi-Asset Funds. As for fund selection, he is specialised in US equity funds and liquid alternatives. Previously, Nicolò worked as a Manager Research analyst specialised in fixed-income and quantitative factor modelling for equity funds at Nextam Partners Ltd in London and was an intern within the Economic Research and Investment Strategy department at Euromobiliare Asset Management SGR in Milan. He has more than eight years of experience in financial markets. Nicolò is a CFA Charterholder and CAIA Charterholder and holds the CFA Certificate in ESG. He holds a M.Sc. and a B.Sc. in Economics and Social Sciences from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy.
Gemma Woodward
Head of Responsible Investment at Quilter Cheviot and QCFP
Gemma joined Quilter Cheviot in 2015 to develop its approach to responsible investment and lead the strategic direction across the business. Externally Gemma is a member of TISA’s Responsible & Sustainable Investment Committee, as well as the Advisers Sustainability Group for the FCA, having previously sat on the Disclosure and Labelling Advisory Group (DLAG). She has 30 years of investment experience and has spent much of that time focused on the charity sector, specifically clients with complex responsible investment requirements. Gemma’s experience of being an investment practitioner clarifies the real-life issues of incorporating ESG factors within the investment process, and for client portfolios and strategies.
Andy Ford, CFA

Andy is a member of the investment team and is focused on investment manager selection and monitoring as well as leading SJP’s Stewardship activity. Prior to joining SJP Andy was Head of ESG Investment Directors at Aviva Investors. Before this he held positions in investment management and equity research at firms including Standard Life Investments, JP Morgan Cazenove and Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Andy graduated from the University of Cambridge in 2002 and is a CFA Charterholder. He also holds the Professional Risk Manager designation, the Global Association of Risk Professionals Sustainability and Climate Risk Certificate, the Cambridge Sustainable Finance Certificate and the CFA ESG Certificate.
Bruno Gardner

Bruno is Head of Climate Change and Nature at Standard Life. He is responsible for developing Standard Life’s overall ambition and strategy on climate change and nature, coordinating climate and nature-related disclosures and leading a programme of thought leadership and engagement to drive wider system change. Bruno also sits on the UKSIF Board and Chairs their Policy Committee, as well as representing Standard Life on a number of industry bodies. Prior to Standard Life, Bruno held a range of strategic, commercial and sustainability roles with organisations including McKinsey and the Carbon Trust.
